  • ¼ cup Orange Juice
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • ¼ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • handful Ice
  • 1 tablespoon Flax Seed optional

Directions 

  • Combine all components in your blender and blend until creamy.The greater the ice you incorporate, the thinner the smoothie. Less ice results in a denser consistency.
  • If you opt to incorporate flaxseed, it will not influence the proportions of the other components, though you may need to modify the ice quantity.
