Those Timber Floors
I’ve always aspired to have timber floors. It’s been a fantasy for an extended period, and after we restored these, I comprehended precisely why.
They bring joy to my heart… and to be honest, they unify the entire room.
The Rug Selection (also known as the Anchor)
The area rug was my small deviation from the pink and gold motif.
It certainly contains pink, but I desired something that stabilized the area, an anchor to dissect all the gentle, feminine elements without detracting from them.
The Nightstand Survey (and My Intuition Decision)
You might recall I conducted a survey regarding the nightstand.
I presented a fluffy ottoman and a more conventional gold nightstand… and my goodness, you guys were not fond of that ottoman. 😂 I believe around 80% of you advised me to avoid it.
Yet I couldn’t resist. It was beckoning me, and I was sure my daughter would adore it.
I genuinely value your perspectives (you’ve assisted me tremendously!), but sometimes you’ve got to follow your intuition.
I’m pleased I did, as it complements her character flawlessly and serves as an extremely practical piece.
